- Let me tell you......... I was terrified... I mean TERRIFIED to go to Kyle Park Dentistry.... the second I walked in , I was greeted with a hello, and an ever so perfect smile. Yavett was her name..I sat down for maybe 2 minutes and was called back. I was also slightly stressed because I had to bring my 5 year old daughter . I hadn’t been to the dentist in some time , and was experiencing some tooth sensitivity, and was CONVINCED the dentist was gonna tell me that my teeth were going to all fall out of my head.. lol � but really I was. Paul, was my hygienist... he was AMAZING. He was calm, positive, listened to all of my anxieties and fears. Within minutes of sitting in the chair I had a huge sense of relief ... I knew I had picked the right place. After Paul cleaned my teeth, Dr. D came in and explained everything and actually told me that my teeth looked really good. I grind my teeth at night, there is some wear and tear on my teeth , but with a simple night guard, I’ll be all fixed up.. Fast forward a couple of hours and I came back to get my teeth whitened. I came back with ALL 3 of my kids . I was worried about being in the back for an hour ... would you believe they took care of my kids in the lobby. They played in the kids corner, on iPads, gave them drinks.... they had so much fun... Cecily was the gal who whitened my teeth. Let me just say , I think she was just as excited and I was with the end results. She was wonderful . Very easy going, so easy to talk too, and explained EVERYTHING in detail. �.... so to say I am pleased with my experience is an understatement... Wherever Kyle Park Dentistry goes, I will follow... On my appointment, I was delighted, because the reviews are true. The place is clean, modern, and with advanced technology. There is also a small play corner for children. The staff are so nice and the doctor is gentle. You can watch tv while they clean your teeth to keep your mind away. From my past experience with other dentist in other states, this one, they treat you nicely and with dignity. They open late, so it is perfect for after work. At the end of my check up, I received oral-b goodies and take home whitening gift as first time patient. I am happy and will comeback for my routine check up. The only reason I give the place a 4 is because the front lady who is in charge of billing was very pushy I can read her buddy language she was frustrated because I was asking question and looking at my calendar to make a schedule, she make me feel like I was just a random person that didn’t have money to pay in advance for a job that will be done on Friday. It could be that it was just my perception but I didn’t like that part. but everything was perfect the location is new clean and like I said people was very friendly, I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100%katy, j.8/06/2021Lovely places. Friendly staff, clean office, modern design and equipment, water and coffee in the waiting room, I could go on forever. There are even TVs on the ceiling so you have something to watch while the staff works on your teeth. As the assistant takes photos of your teeth, you can see them instantly on the TV, which is probably my favorite part! My appointment was ontime and check in was easy. The facility was upscale and well organized. It was run like a well oiled machine, by friendly and fluent staff. Each team member was knowledgeable and efficient in their role. I was able to set follow up appointments for immediate services, and received documentation to help me remember all the pertinent information. - I was in a bind trying to find a emergency dental office seeing new patients. I looked up dentistry near me and read your reviews, which were awesome. I am terrified of Dentist. Have had a few terrible visits in the past, so I usually don't go until it is an emergency. Well let me tell you from the minute I picked up the phone it was a great experience, you worked me in an 1 1/2 after I called. When I arrived everyone was so nice and understanding. When taken to the back the Dr was quite booked with patients but because I was so afraid he went ahead and gave me nitrous to calm me and didn't make me feel strange for being scared. While he worked on my tooth extraction he was very gentle and for the 1st time ever it was not a wrestling match when getting it out...The staff even set me up on a 4 month payment plan... if you are near Kyle I suggest you go see this wonderful staff!!!! They are the best I have ever went to and will continue for the rest of my dental needs always!!!!Bre B.1/09/2018After having an extreme paranoia about the dentist for just about my entire life Dr. D and his team have put that to rest. I have now been coming to Kyle Parkway Dentistry for 3+ years and it's because of him and his staff that have lost that fear of dental services.
Most of the original staff that I started with have moved on, but the current team is just as nice and friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make you feel at home and make sure your stress about billing and insurance is put at ease... and even with the new staff they all know me, my wife and our kids like they us them everyday.
