We are considered Out-of-Network providers for Delta Dental PPO insurance plans. This status allows us to receive slightly higher reimbursement from Delta Dental and enables us to maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality care to all our Delta Dental patients.
Can I still see you if i have a Delta Dental?
Absolutely yes! We will be handling all your claim paperwork.
Do I have to pay up-front for services?
- Please note that while most Delta Dental plans will send a check directly to our office, there are some plans that may send the check directly to you as the patient. If your specific policy falls into this category, you will be required to make payment at the time of service. To obtain more information about your policy, feel free to contact our office in advance.
- Additionally, please be aware that you are responsible for paying the copay and deductible at the time of service. The specific amount will depend on the agreement between your employer and Delta Dental.
- Preventive services may receive coverage ranging from 75% to 100%.
- Basic procedures such as fillings and simple extractions may receive coverage ranging from 50% to 80%.
- Major services like crowns, bridges, dentures, and surgical extractions may receive coverage ranging from 30% to 50%.
Who files paperwork regarding my insurance?
We will handle the filing of all your claim paperwork with Delta Dental, so you can rest assured that you won't have to deal with the hassle of sending complex claim paperwork on your own.

In order to ensure the financial stability of our business, retain our skilled staff, and most importantly, deliver top-notch service to all our patients, we cannot accept lower reimbursement rates offered by Delta Dental. We firmly believe in upholding high standards of care and refuse to compromise on the quality of service provided to our Delta Dental patients. By remaining unrestricted providers with Delta Dental, we are able to receive slightly higher reimbursement rates from the company, enabling us to continue serving all our Delta Dental patients while maintaining the level of care we all value.
We have successfully served numerous subscribers of Delta Dental PPO without any problems and remain committed to delivering excellent care to its members.
