- Just got done with an initial exam and have to say I’m blown away by the business! I haven’t been to a dentist in waaay too long because I have a fear of the dentist, they really took the time to figure out what my fears and apprehension was about and made me feel super comfortable. - I got my wisdom teeth pulled today. I decided to just have numbing injections instead of sedation. The staff was professional, super friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Jake H. Duong did a great job as a surgeon. He pulled both of my teeth in just a couple of minutes, although one of them was impacted.

I was terrified... I mean TERRIFIED to go to Kyle Park Dentistry.... the second I walked in , I was greeted with a hello, and an ever so perfect smile. Yavett was her name..I sat down for maybe 2 minutes and was called back. I was also slightly stressed because I had to bring my 5 year old daughter . I hadn’t been to the dentist in some time , and was experiencing some tooth sensitivity, and was CONVINCED the dentist was gonna tell me that my teeth were going to all fall out of my head.. lol � but really I was. Paul, was my hygienist... he was AMAZING. He was calm, positive, listened to all of my anxieties and fears. Within minutes of sitting in the chair I had a huge sense of relief ... I knew I had picked the right place. After Paul cleaned my teeth, Dr. D came in and explained everything and actually told me that my teeth looked really good. I grind my teeth at night, there is some wear and tear on my teeth , but with a simple night guard, I’ll be all fixed up.. Fast forward a couple of hours and I came back to get my teeth whitened. I came back with ALL 3 of my kids . I was worried about being in the back for an hour ... would you believe they took care of my kids in the lobby. They played in the kids corner, on iPads, gave them drinks.... they had so much fun... Cecily was the gal who whitened my teeth. Let me just say , I think she was just as excited and I was with the end results. She was wonderful . Very easy going, so easy to talk too, and explained EVERYTHING in detail. �.... so to say I am pleased with my experience is an understatement... Wherever Kyle Park Dentistry goes, I will follow... - I’m not the one to visit the dentist as regularly as I should, but when I do decide to go; I like to visit a dentist where I know I’ll get what I need done. - These guys are great!! Everyone was very kind and checked on me regularly to make sure I was doing okay. I haven't been to the dentist in years but I didn't feel embarrassed by that at all here. They explained things very well and I was able to understand why they wanted to do certain procedures and how their payment methods worked. I have now been coming to Kyle Parkway Dentistry for 3+ years and it's because of him and his staff that have lost that fear of dental services.
Most of the original staff that I started with have moved on, but the current team is just as nice and friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make you feel at home and make sure your stress about billing and insurance is put at ease... and even with the new staff they all know me, my wife and our kids like they us them everyday.
