Cost of wisdom teeth extractions can range from $295-$450/tooth depending on how far it is inside a jaw bone (more it is covered by bone, more it costs). Most people decide to remove all four wisdom teeth along with IV sedation in that way they have no memory of surgical procedure. IV sedation does cost extra. Your PPO insurance usually pays portion of this and you are responsible for your copay.
